Having served in the Royal Navy as an expert in electrical weapons, Trevor was the technical director of his company when he joined Rotary. He is now retired at Kurrajong growing fruit trees. Trevor actually served a year and a half as President, taking over from Peter Green when he left for Port Moresby.

In spite of forty-five nominations for membership being received during the year, at the end of the year there was a net gain of only two. Membership was now fifty-seven.

 

An International fashion show was held with the consul for Indonesia being the guest speaker.

 

The Nepean Hospital was provided with a humidicrib

 

A Canoe named “Oscar Fletcher” was presented to 3rd Penrith Boy scouts
