Warren was a State Manager for Blue Metal Industries in NSW. He founded the Penrith Lakes scheme and was President of the 2nd Penrith Boy Scouts. Warren is now an Honorary Member of Penrith Rotary

During the year, led by song leader and pianist, Max Upton, a song was sung at each meeting.

 

At one of the Lady’s nights, the wives created a “husband’s night” by providing the entertainment.

 

Funds were provided to Legacy from the annual Orchid festival.

 

Aid was given to the NepeanCrippled children by way of transport, Speed boat rides on the Nepean River and financial assistance.

 

Funds were given to the Mission for Seamen, TB Association, Spastic Centre, Freedom from Hunger, Nepean Hospital, Werrington Park Child Welfare and 2nd Penrith Boy Scouts.
