Brian was a partner in the legal practice of A S Lamrock & Son, in HighStreet. Brian served as Secretary of the Penrith Chamber of Commerce, Board Member of Nepean District Hospital, Founder of the Near Western Law Society and Alderman of Penrith City Council.

During the year, aid was given for the1st Penrith Girl Guides building at Kingswood.   

Shelters were erected in Judges Park.

Aid was given to the Nepean Crippled Children and Nepean Hospital.

The club initiated plans for Woodriff Park and Gardens, eventually  built by Penrith Council.
