Bruce was the owner of a large department store in Penrith
and was the Club’s first Paul Harris
awardee. He served as Chairman of the Nepean Milk Co-op, President of Nepean Rowing Club, President of Penrith Chamber of Commerce
and Chairman of Penrith Building Society.
