Frank owned a Real Estate business in Penrith from 1938 to his death in 1960. After being an Alderman for many years he became Mayor of Penrith from 1944 to 1949  which means he was Mayor whilst being President. He was also President of the P & C Association.

The Highlight of the year was the visit to our club by the Rotary International President, Ken Guernsey. The only time the International President has ever visited our club. Our club entertained the visitor at morning tea at the Lapstone Hotel and then lunch at Medlow Bath.
